Snowshoe tour
Experience the magic of the Dead Mountains!
Together with other environmental protection organizations, the WWF prevented the destruction of the unique natural area around the Warscheneck through the planned merger of the Hinterstoder and Wurzeralm ski areas. On this snowshoe excursion in cooperation with WWF Austria, we will now explore this fascinating natural landscape in the northern Limestone Alps together.
Led by the biologist and wilderness guide Bernd Pfleger, we experience the nature of our Alps from its most beautiful side in a small group of max. 8 participants: dreamy winter landscapes, secluded mountain idyll, cozy hut evenings, fascinating nature observations and the art of tracking. We cannot serve with a shower or running water on this nature tour. But with a warm oven, camp beds and, above all, unique nature experiences!
